With more than a decade of experience working with children through education, mentorship, leadership, and community ministry, Elisa brings a thoughtful, relationship-centered approach to supporting each child's individual needs. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Clinical Science, which informs her attentive and holistic view of student development.

Elisa serves as a Learning Specialist at The Lucy Project, where she supports students in developing the literacy skills, confidence, and foundation they need to become successful readers. She is passionate about helping children recognize their potential, creating an encouraging environment where every student feels supported and capable of learning.
