Kristy Rios is a dedicated educator and program coordinator with more than a decade of experience supporting students, families, and educators. Her expertise spans early childhood education, applied behavioral analysis (ABA), literacy interventions, and community engagement.

Kristy brings specialized training in auditory processing programs, including Fast ForWord and The Listening Program, to help strengthen reading comprehension and fluency for struggling readers. She has coordinated academic programs, designed individualized interventions, and provided direct behavioral support in schools, learning centers, and community settings.

Fluent in English and Spanish, Kristy is known for her ability to build strong relationships with families, facilitate effective communication, and create inclusive learning environments. Her background in marketing, program management, and data-driven instructional support allows her to contribute to The Lucy Project’s mission with both operational excellence and instructional expertise.
