Tabatha is an enthusiastic and dedicated educator with a strong background in classroom management, instructional support, and student engagement. Drawing on her experience as a highly requested substitute teacher for Miami-Dade County Public Schools, she has developed a talent for adapting to diverse learning environments while maintaining structure and positivity. Her ability to connect with students through personalized attention and small-group instruction ensures that each learner receives the guidance and encouragement they need to succeed. With advanced technical proficiency and strong organizational skills, Tabatha integrates classroom technology and effective lesson delivery to create dynamic, supportive learning spaces.

In addition to her work in education, Tabatha brings valuable administrative and leadership experience from her prior roles in office management and customer service. She holds multiple graduate degrees, including a Master of Arts in Human Services Counseling: Marriage and Family and a Master of Arts in Christian Apologetics from Liberty University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Forensic Psychology from John Jay College of Criminal Justice. Passionate about serving others, she combines her academic expertise, compassion, and adaptability to help advance The Lucy Project’s mission of fostering literacy and lifelong learning.
