Ashley Roberts
Learning Specialist
Ashley is a dedicated educator who believes in fostering student success and growth through hands-on learning and evidence-based practices. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Clinical Psychology, with a minor in Human Services, from the University of Central Florida. During her time at UCF, she worked as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant, and after graduating, she gained experience as a Behavior Technician in Miami. She draws on that background to help students build independence and strengthen their communication and reading skills.
At The Lucy Project, Ashley is committed to helping students grow in their confidence and passion for reading, drawing on her clinical training to support each child's individual learning needs. Looking ahead, she plans to pursue a career in Speech-Language Pathology, further deepening her ability to support children's communication and literacy development.
