Alexandre Ramirez

Senior Director of Strategy and Data

Alex is a dynamic systems strategist committed to creating world-class learning and community experiences that help impact organizations achieve their most important outcomes. He believes learning can fundamentally change the shape of a life. A deep reader by habit and a researcher by nature, he enjoys learning something new, testing it in practice, and sharing it in ways that help others move forward.

He has carried that conviction from the classroom as a teacher to roles as a school administrator and, later, into school district and statewide strategy and leadership positions focused on improving systems at scale. Across large public institutions and statewide initiatives, Alex has led strategic planning and enterprise performance efforts that translate complex data and stakeholder insight into clear priorities, practical roadmaps, and disciplined execution. His work includes large-scale community engagement, organizational diagnostics, and building the governance and decision structures leaders need to make smart tradeoffs and deliver measurable results.

Alex holds an MBA from the Chapman Graduate School of Business at Florida International University and a master’s degree in Educational Leadership from the American College of Education. He also holds several credentials in human resources, project management, and AI, and is known for bringing clarity, rigor, and empathy to change efforts.
