Arianna serves as Outreach & Engagement Associate at The Lucy Project, where she focuses on building the community relationships that help more children access high-quality literacy support.

A Teach For America 2024 corps member and alum, Arianna brings firsthand classroom experience as both a kindergarten and 4th-grade teacher in South Florida. In those roles, she tailored instruction to meet individual student needs and developed strong partnerships with families and community leaders to support children's educational growth. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology with a minor in Health Disparities and Disabilities in Society from the University of Florida.

Arianna is currently pursuing a Master's in Social Work, deepening her commitment to the children, families, and communities at the heart of TLP's mission.
