Dr. Carmen Concepción is the Dean of the School of Education at Miami Dade College and a National Board-Certified Teacher with over 30 years of experience in education. She has served in leadership roles with Miami-Dade County Public Schools and holds a doctorate in education from the College of William and Mary.
