With over a decade of experience, Dassiell's background spans research, education, and community-based programming. He began his career as a Senior Research Associate on federally funded child development studies, then transitioned into program evaluation, partnering with schools and nonprofits to implement evidence-based practices and translate data into actionable recommendations.

As Education Programs Coordinator at The Lucy Project, Dassiell supports literacy programming and continuous improvement through a data-informed, relationship-driven approach. He is passionate about empowering educators with evidence-based strategies and believes every child deserves the opportunity to become a confident, successful reader.
