Diana is a child development educator with 20 years of experience working with children from birth to age 12. She holds an ECE certificate and a degree in Business Management.

Throughout her career, Diana has seen firsthand that every child learns differently. Her classroom approach centers on individualizing instruction to meet each child's unique needs, which she considers the key to their success. Beyond the classroom, she assists a colleague in delivering nationwide teacher training on brain development. Diana brings this experience and passion to her work at The Lucy Project.
