Gail Roberts is an educator, literacy advocate, and lifelong learner who believes literacy is a gateway to opportunity. After more than ten years in early childhood education, she has dedicated herself to understanding how children learn to read and how educators can better support struggling readers through evidence-based practices.

Her work is grounded in the Science of Reading, Structured Literacy, child development, and relationship-based approaches that honor the whole child. Gail holds a CDA Preschool Credential, is VPK certified, and is IECMH-E® Family Specialist Endorsed through the Florida Association for Infant Mental Health (FAIMH). Her ongoing professional learning in Structured Literacy and the Science of Reading reflects her commitment to helping struggling readers become confident, successful learners.

Whether working with students, families, or fellow educators, Gail is driven by the belief that literacy empowers children to build choice-filled futures. She is passionate about helping every learner develop the skills, confidence, and love of reading needed to thrive in school and beyond.
