Scarlet is the Administrative Associate at The Lucy Project. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Florida International University and brings experience across education, business operations, and executive support.

As a former educator, Scarlet values the importance of literacy and believes strong organizational support helps create meaningful opportunities for students, families, and communities. She is excited to contribute to The Lucy Project’s mission of helping every child become a confident reader.
