Sophia is a Learning Specialist at The Lucy Project, dedicated to supporting students through individualized, evidence-based learning strategies. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Keiser University and is a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), with a strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis and supporting children with diverse learning and behavioral needs.

Sophia brings hands-on experience working with children in both school and clinical settings, providing individualized academic and behavioral support to help students strengthen their communication, social, and learning skills. Her background in psychology and behavior analysis allows her to approach each student with patience, compassion, and strategies tailored to their individual needs.

She is passionate about helping children build confidence, independence, and a love of learning while creating a supportive environment where every student has the opportunity to succeed.
