Taylor McCullough

Learning Specialist

Taylor McCullough is a dedicated educator with a passion for supporting children as they grow, learn, and discover their own potential. She holds a B.A. in Child Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University and brings nine years of experience working with children and families in a variety of educational and caregiving settings. Her experience includes early childhood education, individualized learning support, child development, family engagement, and early intervention. Throughout her career, Taylor has focused on creating nurturing, inclusive environments where children feel supported, understood, and encouraged to grow.

Taylor believes that reading is truly a key to the world of knowledge. She is passionate about helping students develop the skills and confidence they need to become successful readers and loves seeing the moment when a child begins to recognize what they are capable of. As a Learning Specialist at The Lucy Project, Taylor is excited to help students build their literacy skills while celebrating their individual strengths and watching them blossom as learners. Outside of her work, Taylor enjoys reading, singing, and spending time with her family.
