Schedule: 8 hours daily (Monday-Friday)

Compensation: $52,000 Annually

Reports to: Instructional Specialist

Location: Miami-Dade (In-person)

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct literacy assessments.

  • Implement tailored lesson plans to improve reading, writing, and spelling skills.

  • Deliver small-group sessions that foster confidence and mastery in literacy.

  • Track student progress and share regular updates with parents and team members.

  • Collaborate with the team and assist with additional tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in education, speech therapy, occupational therapy, psychology, social work, or a related field.

  • A commitment of at least 10 months to ensure continuity for students.
