Compensation: $52,000 Annually

For 6 years, we have partnered with families, educators, and communities to provide targeted, evidence-based support that builds foundational literacy skills and fosters a lifelong love of learning. We also equip and support the teachers who serve students, providing resources and professional development to strengthen literacy instruction both in and out of the classroom. Responsibilities:

• Conduct literacy assessments.

• Implement tailored lesson plans to improve reading, writing, and spelling skills.

• Deliver small-group sessions that foster confidence and mastery in literacy.

• Track student progress and share regular updates with parents and team members.

• Collaborate with the team and assist with additional tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in education, speech therapy, occupational therapy, psychology, social work, or a related field.

• A commitment of at least 10 months to ensure continuity for students.
